Comfortable clothing, leggings, long skirts, wraps or sarongs for women and men are recommended. Please respect that this class was created for inner healing work and not as a contact dance. Group-Oneness will be created through the positive energetic shift of all participants. Please bring plenty of purified water. Workshops in Germany are held in German. Workshops in the USA , Croatia and Serbia are held in English.
